Abstract:

Business Services Networks (BSN's) are one of the most promising
approaches to implement the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). They
function as inter-enterprise e-Markets where software components can be
delivered and consumed based on Utility Computing, On Demand, or
Pay-Per-Use business models. A typical BSN consists of networked grid
computing infrastructures where Web Services can be securely published,
reused, and invoked using the Business Process Execution Language for
Web Services (BPEL). They extend the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) of
each market participant by adding an e-Service Commerce layer, which
provides industrial-strength transaction management and Service Level
Agreements (SLA). For software vendors, BSN's represent a fast track to
convert their existing applications to the SOA. For business adopters,
these networks provide rich repositories of trusted software components,
application services, and business processes. Overall, all parties to a
BSN can leverage their IT assets in infinite ways, and generate new
streams of revenues and cost savings that would not be possible without
such an e-Market.

Scope:

We invite papers that address both business and technical issues of
BSN's from various perspectives, including BSN operators, software
vendors, business adopters, developers, and end-users. We encourage
contributions from both academia and industry. Topics of interest

b. International Provisioning and Adoption Barriers
c. Real-Time Transaction Monitoring
d. Quality of Service (QoS)
e. Accounting Systems for Utility Computing

4. Developers:
