 WI-IAT'04 provides a leading international forum to bring together
 researchers and practitioners from diverse fields, such as Artificial
 Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Physical
 Science and Engineering, Business, Education, and Social Sciences
 etc., to discuss the fundamental methodologies and enabling techniques
 in developing the next-generation Web intelligence and intelligent
 agent technologies.
 
 High-quality papers in all WI and IAT related areas are solicited. All
 submitted papers will be reviewed on the basis of technical quality,
 relevance, significance, and clarity.  WI-IAT'04 will accept ONLY
 on-line submissions, containing PDF (PostScript or MS-Word) versions.
 More detailed instructions and the On-Line Submission Form can be
 found from the WI-IAT'04 homepage.
 
 WI-IAT'04 also welcomes Industry/Demo-Track submissions, Workshop and
 Tutorial proposals.
 
 The conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer
 Society Press.
 
 A selected number of WI-IAT'04 accepted papers will be expanded and
 revised for inclusion in Web Intelligence and Agent Systems: An
 International Journal and in Annual Review of Intelligent Informatics.
 
 The best paper and the best demo awards will be announced at the conference.
