Call for Chapters on Genetic System Programming

** Call for Book Chapters **

Genetic Systems Programming,
Published by Nova Science, New York (http://www.novapublishers.com)
(Call for Papers available at http://www.isebis.eng.uerj.br)

Designing complex programs or systems such as operating systems,
compilers, filing systems, data base systems, etc. is an old ever
lasting research area. Genetic Programming (GP) is a relatively new
promising and growing research area. Among other uses, it provides
efficient tools to deal with hard problems by evolving creative and
competitive solutions. Systems programming is generally strewed with
such hard problems. This book is devoted to reporting innovative and
significant progress about the contribution of genetic programming in
systems programming. Both theoretical papers (preferably including
simulations) and application papers are welcome. The main topics
include, but are not limited to:

   * GP in compilers
   * GP in operating systems
   * GP in data base systems
   * GP in filing systems * GP and object-oriented programming
   * GP and functional/logic programming
   * GP and agent programming
   * GP and component-based programming

The time schedule for this publication is as follows:

Manuscript submission: April 15th, 2005
Authors Notification: June 30th, 2005
Camera-ready submission: July 31st, 2005

If you intend to contribute to this book, please send an e-mail to the
editor (s) informing the title of the chapter and its abstract. For
